First, discuss the event with your customer to determine what will be needed (i.e.candelabras, flower stands, candle holders, etc.). After the consultation, please send in the order by email and we will send you a contract. Your date will be guaranteed once it is signed returned. Early planning ensures product availability and items. Final counts are due 2 weeks prior to the event
We will be happy to loan you a candelabra, free of charge. Or you can schedule an appointment to visit our showroom. Visits are by appointment only.Our inventory is so large that it's impossible to display every item. By scheduling an appointment, you can be sure that our staff will be available to show you various rental options and to answer all of your questions.
Regal can offer reliable delivery and pickup at an additional charge and should be arranged for in advance. Please call for details. Our drivers can assist with setup and takedown of your candelabras. Chuppahs are also available with advanced arrangements. We offer a number of options for delivery and pickup of rental items, available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Deliveries can be made directly to the venue or to your store
In general, we request that the rentals be delivered one business day before your event and returned the first business day after your event. We request that you arrange the time for the pick up and return business day when you place your order. Your items will always be clean, prepared and available on time. As many events take place on weekends, items can be picked up by Thursday or Friday and returned on Monday.
Payment is due before items are released to a customer. A 20% deposit is required on the initial order and the balance due upon release of the order, or two days prior to delivery.
We do charge for missing, broken or damaged items. Responsibility for equipment remains with the borrower from the time of receipt to time of return. Items not returned in good condition are subject to additional fees. All candelabras, flowerstands and candleholders etc. should be emptied of flowers, wax-free and repackaged in the same containers in which they were received.
